因為一盒油飯毀了友誼！桃園20歲楊姓男子去年在陸軍北區專長訓練中心服役期間，趁著同梯的高姓室友不在，偷走對方放在置物櫃的油飯並吃個精光。高男發現後非常生氣，他當下沒動手，而是等到休假，再約楊男到平鎮區新勢公園談判，沒想到...

《蘋果日報》報導，當時高男要求楊男道歉，對方不肯，高男隨即找來10多名友人，狠狠教訓偷油飯的同梯。過程中楊男的眼睛被人潑灑辣水，接著一群人上前圍毆，導致楊男全身多處受傷及輕微腦震盪，雙方因此鬧上警局，楊男怒控高男傷害，高男則反控他竊盜罪。

檢察官偵辦時，楊男坦承偷吃了高男的油飯，沒想到會被打到腦震盪，幸好沒有生命危險。桃園地檢署經過調查，3日依照盜罪嫌將楊男聲請簡易處刑，動手打中部旅遊人的高男則依傷害罪嫌起訴，當天動手的10多人仍在追查當中。台北國際夏季旅展
